About Me

I am a Learning and Development professional with a passion for developing engaging, high-quality training programs to help drive organizational success. I have 5 years of experience designing multimodal training content that aligns with real job tasks to support employee performance and development.

 

In my career I have managed the complete training cycle, from needs analysis and content development to implementation and evaluation, for projects covering all major learning modalities (Instructor-led training, eLearning, and blended/hybrid learning).

I strive to create training that makes learners excited to engage with the content. The more engaged learners are, the better their understanding and retention of the content will be!
