Micro-learning: Basics of Retirement Savings Accounts
The learning objective for this course is that by the end of the course, learners will be able to distinguish between 4 common types of retirement savings accounts and have the knowledge to choose the best plan for them. The seat time for this course is approximately 5 minutes. This project was created using Storyline 360. The voice over was created by using WellSaid Labs AI Voice Generator. I then edited the raw voice over files in Audacity to make them sound smoother and normalize the audio.
Emotional Intelligence -
Self-Awareness
This course teaches learners about the self-awareness element of emotional intelligence. Learners are lead through the course by a guide that they choose at the beginning. Their guide instructs them through a series of dialogue, questions, and activities. Learners earn points for answering questions correctly. When learners reach the end of the course they are awarded either a bronze, silver, or gold medal, depending on their final score. This course was created using Articulate Storyline 360 with the intention of showing my ability to create
gamified learning.
Improving Time Management
The audience for this course is any employee with beginner-intermediate level time-management skills who wishes to improve in this area. The objective of this course is to deepen learners' understanding of time management and provide them with tools and knowledge to better manage their time. This course was created using Articulate Rise 360 and includes an informational video created with Canva.

The audience for this course is employees who manage projects as part of their job duties. The objective of the course is to equip them with the foundational knowledge they need to effectively and efficiently solve problems and make good decisions as a project manager. This course was created using Articulate Rise 360 and is part of a larger project management training series.
